United Airlines Launches Direct Flights from Kaohsiung to Tokyo, Chen Chi-Mai Celebrates
United Airlines has officially launched direct flights from Kaohsiung to Tokyo, eliminating the hassle for Southern travelers having to transfer in the North. To celebrate the inauguration of this new route, Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Chi-Mai attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony and expressed his anticipation for the establishment of this flight, hoping it will boost international tourism and the Southern economy.
