On July 1, Taiwanese Minister of Foreign Affairs Lin Jialong met with members of Poland's Congressional delegation, including Łukasz Horbatowski, Marek Chmielewski, and Iwona Krawczyk. Minister Lin pointed out that the Polish Congressional 'Taiwan-Poland Friendship Group' is comprised of the largest number of members among similar groups in Poland. He expressed hopes for further deepening bilateral relations through collaboration in various fields including trade, education, justice, and technology.

In addition, Taiwan's mangoes and guavas have recently passed EU inspections, paving the way for their entry into the European market. Lin emphasized Poland's significant role as a member of the European Union and its emerging market potential, advocating for continued cooperation in agriculture and high technology to enhance the welfare of both nations.
